For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

SHIPPING CHANGES
NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

$10 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.

$30 WILL BE CHARGED if you want to cancel the order AFTER the package has already SHIPPED.

$30 WILL BE CHARGED if Customers refuse to accept the package or undelivered

$30 WILL BE CHARGED if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.

LOST PACKAGE?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Yes we will provide you with your tracking number as soon as it is available.

TAXES & DUTIES

Why am I being charged international duties and/or taxes?
International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country. At this time, we’re unable to collect payment for international duties and fees at checkout, so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. We know this is not ideal, and are actively working to provide a better experience for our international customers. Should you choose not to pay or pick up your package, it will be returned to us which can take several weeks. Once the item is received and checked back into our system we will issue a refund.
